Peter Corney, was the instigator of "Being Disciples" and has had oversight of
the content. He has been the Senior Minister at St. Hilary's Anglican Church Kew Victoria, Australia
since 1975. He was the Training Officer for Scripture Union Victoria from 1973-75 and for six years
the Director of the Melbourne Diocesan Department of Evangelism and Church Growth. St. Hilary's
has a regular congregation of over 800 people with a large youth and young adult ministry.

Peter Kentley, the author, has been a Christian for over 26 years and has been closely involved
in youth and adult small group leadership throughout this time in both the Presbyterian and Anglican
Churches. An airline pilot for 28 years, with extensive involvement in training pilots, he also
helped develop a Christian fellowship in the airline industry, which has now spread throughout
the Asia Pacific region. He is married with three adult children and is currently flying as a
captain for an international airline.
